Wellness/Life-Balance COACHING
Durable People Thrive

The questions that matter look different for everyone, but usually include: How do you feel? Sluggish or energized? What lights you up, and what are the must-dos in your life? How do you learn from your past experiences and personal stories? Where would you like to be this time next year? Do you “should” yourself constantly? Have you taken the time to consider the next phase in your personal journey? If not now, then when? Timing can almost always be now.

WiseHealth® wellness and life-balance coaching centers on your builds a tailored plan to evaluate where you wish to focus (energy, stress, nutrition, weight, sleep, movement, communication, relationships and more). Your timeframe and your goals may take a month or a longer period and we often find that unlearning habits is the most challenging to best support your mind, body, and spirit journey.

It’s your life and your story. Whatever chapter you’re in, have you re-read past chapters? Really looked at what you learned, and where you wish to go? So many aha moments occur, especially when talking with someone else who’s had decades of “real-life challenges”. Looking back, I’m glad I lived through some very difficult times, as I learned, asking for help is beneficial. Coaching helps learn how to consider our patterns – and alter them!

How many times do you wonder why you didn’t change what you already knew? Habits become ingrained, or we may feel tired or weary. When we don’t feel healthy or energized, you may question yourself. Hormones off? Your mood and health can easily be affected by your nutrition. As we weave through phases, weight, sleep, mood, and wellbeing are altered through our daily choices.

Not only are “abs made in the kitchen”, but we can sometimes be wedded to a scale, influenced by others’ opinions, when really, we want to feel and appear our best. Your one and only body is your friend, and eliminating everything you love to eat is depriving yourself unnecessarily unless you have medically diagnosed issues. Food can be healthy, taste great, and be a source of enjoyment rather than deprivation if you know how to choose properly. Think it’s easier to settle than to remove the “rules” to find more joy? It’s possible with healthy choices! I’d love to help you with your food, movement, or spiritual challenges as a life of balance is truly attainable:

For all of us, it’s been a challenging couple of years and sometimes leaning on new coping skills, setting boundaries, and giving ourselves grace and compassion makes our lives brighter. Be the mighty Lion who walks in confidence, leads from the front and forms a pride — those with interconnected goals and outcomes.

Working with a certified, experienced coach gives you access to a non-judgmental person devoted to your wellbeing and success. Coaching, whether individually or in a group opens your mind to new thoughts, reveals patterns, and uncovers renewed drive. You are worthy! You are not stuck, but instead moving toward strength. Revising, discovering, and redirecting your mindset can be learned, refined, leveled-up, and individualized to your goals. It’s extraordinary how outcomes change for the better when using simple approaches that are practical, immediately accessible, and provide greater understanding of your intentional goals.

Did you know that your underlying values determine the way others will connect with you? You attract who you are. I’d love to help you discover the inner longings you may have (temporarily) suppressed while life taught you lessons, both good and trying. Experience is a phenomenal teacher. In this very busy, fast-paced life, is there a relationship that needs mending, understanding, forgiveness, boundaries, compassion, or improvement? We can sometimes cause our own issues, and realizing this is a first step toward bringing friends or families together, especially if communication is strained. You need not remain in this uncomfortable spot if you know how to utilize specific tools to encourage listening or being heard. We all want and wish to be heard, and this skill can be learned.
